Hello my names paul,

I started gamvling when I was 16 or 17 but only $5 instead of having lunch stupid I know pokies at that time queen of the Nile when I turned 18 I would play small usually $20 or $40 still QOTN it went on for until I got in my 20s then it got worse.

I would always complain about not getting money even when my parents gave me money my dad helped me mostly this went on for years the low point came when I won $6800 dollars and put into a saver account first time I had money I build up over $15k savings.

I would lose it all plus more I’m in my 30s now and my last bet was on the 11th of February 2015 I feel so much better without the gamble I can sleep go out without thinking about gambling and I’m on holiday at the moment gamblinh steals your future and those who love you as well I hope to keep on going without a bet it’s a day at the time.

I have gambled on pokies roulette and cards sportsbetting keno tryed all of it at the end your just making them bastards richer so please stay away if one person reads this and says enough is enough I will be proud I am crying while I read this I lost a lot of money but I’m one of the lucky ones I’m only in my early 30s and can save and earn money and build a good life now

Please remember there’s only on winner and enough is eniugh lets all quit together
