Hi my name is Michael. I have been a gambler for 10 years now. I am 31. It was always controlled to what I can afford to loose, but the last 2 years I have lost literally 2500 every month. My whole salary. I live off my parents bcs I don't have any money. I haven't reached the stage where I will steal or hurt myself but I'm getting close. I feel like absolute crap and gutted everyday. They say in pokies you win everynow and then but that's not true. I'm on a 3 month streak visiting the pub 3 times a week with not one day have I left with more than 50 bucks. I usually go in with 400-500. I have lost 60k in 2 years :( 3k today alone :( and this is why I'm here reading ur stories and writing my own. Never again will I pay a cent to those stupid pokie Machines. I swear on my marriage to my beautiful wife. NEVER AGAIN 19/01/2012
